Can I download the games now?
The three games are in development. Public store links will appear on their game pages when a release is available. This website does not distribute private test builds.
Where is my progress saved?
Current development builds save progress on your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data can remove that progress. Cloud synchronisation is not currently offered.
How do I request a refund?
This website does not take payments. If you have a store purchase, start with the platform shown on your receipt. Our withdrawal and refund page explains the process and your statutory rights.
How do I make a privacy request?
Email info@mercanworks.com with “Privacy request” and the relevant game or website. Do not send passwords or full payment details. We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law.
